Firestone Complete Auto Care

Every member of the staff here was professional and knowledgeable. I can find firestone wherever I travel in my old hoopty around the U.S. and I always gst honest advice and sound, expedient, versatile car care. Whether a headlamp, a tye rod, tires or brakes theres a firestone to be found somewhere nearby and they have any quality parts onhand. Visiting ny hometown of Minneapolis, I am recommending all travellers to stop and get your car care here. Ridgedale mall is right across the street, an easy stroll away!

Top of the line location. I'm normally not someone who is a fan of "chain" car service places, but these folks are too notch. Ken and Marty are awesome and have always taken care of us. The next level customer service will brighten your day and the prices won't hurt your wallet. If I could give more stars I would.

Called at closing on a Saturday night, gentleman was super helpful, booked me in for 8am Sunday morning. The young gentleman who checked me in and got me situated was great and professional. I was lucky my tire did not have a puncture, they checked it inside and out to confirm (metal screw only penetrayed the tread) . As there was nothing to fix, there was not a charge. I was like WOW!! Will be coming back here for all my tire needs from now on! B

I booked an appointment time online the day prior with the goal to get new tires. I showed up early for my appointment. After a quick conversation of my driving habits and my tire needs, they were able to see me early. They installed new tires and completed an alignment check. The service was a quick in and out and the team seemed knowledgeable and personable.

Andrew got me right in 10 minutes after a status check on how busy they were (Tuesday morning 8:30AM), difficult newer car, tight schedule, no problem. These guys always have my back.
